Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

I'm seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a key transformation project within a major IT programme. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders across IT, Sales, Underwriting, and Finance, managing delivery end-to-end and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, business analysis, software engineering, testing, and release management.

• Define project scope, governance, budget, resources, and delivery plans.

• Develop and manage schedules, work breakdown structures, and risk registers.

• Provide regular progress updates at steering meetings.

• Identify and resolve issues, implementing corrective actions where needed.

• Manage third-party vendors to deliver against project expectations.

• Oversee testing, business readiness, and smooth transition to production.

• Ensure strong collaboration and communication between technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ project management experience, ideally delivering large-scale transformation programmes.

• Proven track record in financial services, insurance, or similar regulated industries.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end project management processes.

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage stakeholders.

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or equivalent).

• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) is a plus.
